Terror Toad Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Returns Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their purchase.

​

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

​

•Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

•If the product is faulty or damaged, return for a full refund or replacement—just send us a photo of the issue.

3. Return Process

•Email toadterror@gmail.com, or fill out our contact form with your order number, items, and reason for return.

4. Shipping Costs

​

•Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect—then it's on us.

•We recommend using a tracked service; Terror Toad is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

​

•Refunds (excluding original postage) are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

•Want an exchange? Let us know what you'd like instead.

6. Timing

​

•Refunds or exchange credits are typically issued within 7–10 working days of receiving the return.

​

 

7. International Orders

​

•Buyers outside the UK are responsible for customs/duties. These are non-refundable, even if you return the item.

•Return shipping costs for international orders are also the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
